Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water


  1. Stir sugar and water together in a small saucepan over medium heat until dissolved. 

  2. Cool to room temperature and use to mix in your favorite cocktails. 

  3. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to several weeks.
