Glazed Meatloaf

Quickest meatloaf with big flavor and a secret ingredient. The sweet and tangy glaze takes it to the next level!

  • 1 ½ lbs. Ground beef
  • ½ cup Quick oats
  • ¼ cup Parmesan grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 T. Chopped onion dried


  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 375*F.
  2. Grease a 9x5” loaf pan.
  3. Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands if you’d like!
  4. Dump into prepared pan and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  5. Whisk glaze ingredients together, pour on top of meat mixture, and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until a thermometer in the center reaches 160*F.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for about five minutes before cutting and serving.
