Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Vanilla Coffee Creamer

I’m not one to drink coffee every day, but when I do, it has to be cold brew. 9 times out of 10, I want coffee over ice instead of hot coffee. I haven’t yet been able to develop the taste for drinking my coffee black, so that’s where this vanilla coffee creamer comes in.

It’s lightly sweetened, very creamy, and tastes a bit like melted ice cream.

Pure maple syrup is used as a sweetener here because the flavor is great in coffee and it mixes well while cold. This means that I don’t have to spend extra time heating it up to dissolve the sugar. And as an added bonus, it’s a more natural sweetener. I prefer making coffee creamer myself so that I know what ingredients are going into it and I can control the level of sweetness.

If you’re interested in a dairy-free option, check out the note at the bottom of this recipe!

My Vanilla Coffee Creamer comes together in just a few minutes and couldn’t be simpler! And in case you’re wondering, it tastes great in hot coffee too! 😉
